Measure your size, then subtract 4 cm to determine your personal device setting. The device ships at 8 cm and adjusts up using the included extension rods.

Customize Length

Remove the upper support, add extension rods to reach your personal size, then reattach the support. Rods come in 4 cm, 2 cm, 0.5 cm, and 0.3 cm increments.

Prepare & Fit

Thread the silicone band through the upper support. Apply the protective cushion, then fit the device by sliding through the base ring and securing with the silicone band loop.

Secure & Wear

Tighten the silicone band evenly by pulling both ends, then lock the band into the fastener grooves on the upper support. Refer to the included IFU for complete guidance.
